ALFA est un projet de convergence architecturale pour les composants de l’Ecosystème Numérique Mondial et des Technologies de la Facilitation (ENMTF) qui unifie les strates de l’Internet, des communications et de la cognition. Elle étend l’Internet par un Interface d’utilisation de l’Internet (IUI) intelligent et l’Intersem (l’Internet sémiotique et sémantique). Sa documentation ne peut que relever du domaine public. Ceci réclame que son étude et sa présentation initiale se fassent en de hors de l’IETF en raison de la protection des droits de l’ISOC.
ALFA is a project of architectural convergence for the components of the World Digital Ecosystem and Technological Facilitation (WDETF) that unifies the Internet, communications, and cognition strata. It extends the Internet with a smart Internet Use Interface (IUI) and the Intersem (semiotic and semantic Internet) and, as such, its documentation can only belong to the public domain. This calls for its study and first presentation to be made outside of the IETF as a result of the ISOC copyrights rules.
